I am a professional Actor / Teacher / Director.  With my 20 years of experience both on and off the stage, I have learned from both sides of the table what works and what doesn’t in the audition room.  As an actor I know how it feels to walk into that room.  As the director, I know how an actor can capture my attention or lose it.  And having worked as a Casting Associate, I have experienced firsthand how the actor can improve their entire audition, starting with their Picture/Resume and ending with their performance technique in the room.  I can teach your students how to maximize their effectiveness, from how to take the space to choosing the appropriate material for themselves and the specific auditions.  It is a shame when students have the talent and creativity to work, but cannot get a job because their auditions are lackluster.
